Louise Thompson to join MSi - September 2011 I am pleased to announce that Louise Thompson has accepted the position of Director of Operations – Public Sector effective immediately. Reporting directly to the CEO, Louise will head MSi’s Public Sector Consulting Practice and will be responsible for its continued growth. While focusing on the development of the practice’s main asset, its consultants, she will have the responsibility of positioning MSi as a leading provider of solutions and services to Public Sector and Crown Organizations. Louise graduated in 1983 from one of South Africa’s premier universities with a degree in Computer Science and Psychology. In addition to occupying a similar role for two Ottawa based companies, prior to accepting this position, Louise also gained international consulting and management experience working in Sr. IT roles in the UK and South Africa for “Big 5” powerhouses Deloitte & Touch and Ernst & Young. Louise’s personality and experience will be invaluable for the growth of MSi’s Public Sector Practice, a practice celebrating recent success on its bids for Tier 1 and Tier 2 PWGSC TBIPS Standing Offers and Supply Arrangements as well as Tier 1 SBIPS. SBIPS Award - August 2009 MSi is excited to announce its successful bid for PWGSC SBIPS Supply Arrangement. SBIPS was established by PWGSC to facilitate the delivery of Supply Arrangement to provide Solutions-Based Informatics Professional Services for the Government of Canada. TBIPS Award - September 2011 MSi is excited to announce its successful bid for PWGSC Tier 1 and Tier 2 TBIPS Supply Arrangement and for TBIPS Standing Offer. TBIPS was established by PWGSC to facilitate the delivery of task-based Information Management and Information Technology professional services for the Government of Canada. TBIPS is intended to be a primary method of contracting IM/IT services. |
