Chris Abarbanel, President: Mr. Abarbanel currently oversees MSi's strategic planning, new business development and business expansion. Prior to founding MSi, Mr. Abarbanel was a Director at Bell Canada's Network Solutions division. In that capacity he was responsible for planning, building and maintaining Bell Canada's national network (core and access). Mr. Abarbanel began his career engineering and designing network and software solutions for the telecommunications industry. He is a graduate of Carleton University - Honours degree in Computer Science.

Lawson Hunter, Chairman: Mr. Hunter is a partner at Stikeman Elliott law firm. A former Executive Vice-President & Chief Corporate Officer at Bell Canada and BCE - Mr. Hunter is consistently named one of the World's Top 20 competition & antitrust lawyers by The Best of the Best. Mr. Hunter earned his B.Sc in 1967, and LL.B. in 1970 from the University of New Brunswick. He went on to graduate from Harvard with an LL.M. in 1971. He is also a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors, Directors' Education Program, Joseph L. Rotman School of Management, Toronto, 2008. Lawson serves as a director of many telecoms & IT firms including CGI Group and Bell Aliant.

Pazi Deutsch, CEO: Mr. Deutsch joined MSi in the role of CEO in October 2008, and is responsible for managing MSi's day-to-day operations. Mr. Deutsch's career began in 1994 with Ernst & Young's International Audit & Tax Practice and continued with the firm's Business Process Re-Engineering Practice. In 2004, Mr. Deutsch was hired as the General Manager for the Canadian operations of U.S. based ERP software developer by Et Alia. His experience includes numerous corporate - restructuring projects for companies looking to re-organize in order to better compete in their respective markets. Mr. Deutsch holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Carleton University in Ottawa; and a chartered accountant (C.A.) designation awarded by the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA).

Louis De Stefano, Director of Engineering: Louis De Stefano, has worked through several progressive positions within MSi, and currently serves as Director of Engineering. Mr. De Stefano began his career with Bell Advanced Communications (BAC), managing data networks for several of BAC's tier one clients, including Alcan, Provigo and the Quebec Government. Mr. De Stefano is a graduate of l'Université de Montréal - École Polytechnique in Electrical Engineering, with a specialty in Telecommunications.

Louise Thompson, Director of Professional Services - Public Sector: Louise joined MSi in September of 2011 as the head of MSi’s Public Sector Consulting Practice. Her responsibilities include positioning MSi as a leading provider of IT solutions and services to Public Sector and Crown Organizations. Louise graduated in 1983 from one of South Africa’s premier universities with a degree in Computer Science and Psychology. In addition to occupying similar roles for two Ottawa based companies, prior to accepting this position, Louise also gained international consulting and management experience working as a Sr. IT consultant in the UK and South Africa for “Big 5” powerhouses Deloitte & Touch and Ernst & Young.
